BT101 soundbar
To solve the problem of "sound is interrupted by AUX & Opt connection", our technicians have recently completed the update software U12.
Please follow below steps and click the Download button to get the newest software U12.

1. Copy this software to USB. (Note: It is better not to have the mp4 file on the USB.)
2. First, plug the USB into the soundbar, connect the power cable, and press the mode button to switch to USB mode.
3. This soundbar will update and restart automatically.
4. Unplug the USB and try connecting with aux.
5. After updating, when connecting with aux, please press and long press the play / stop button in 10 seconds to display the software version u12.

In the previous version, we added the audio detection function. When the input source is turned off and there is no audio source input, the sound bar will also enter the standby status, and the power adater must be plugged in to solve the problem.

*In order to reduce this unnecessary trouble, we have upgraded the software U14, which can solve the problem of "crash".
Please follow below steps and download the update software to get the newest software U14.

2. Unzip this file and Copy this software to Your USB drive. (Note: It is better not to have the mp4 file on the USB.)
3. Plug the USB into the soundbar, then connect the power cable, it'll update and restart automatically.
4. When you hear sound 'Di', it means updata complete.

Note:
1. Do not power off and operate the machine during the upgrade process.
2, After the upgrade completed, you can power on the sound bar and chose AUX mode, long press the pause button for 10 seconds, the software version number (u14) will pop up, which means upgrade successfully.
